Terms of Service
At Northside Dietetics, terms of service are designed to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality and respect. Please ensure you thoroughly read through and understand the following terms prior to booking an appointment.
Transparency
By engaging Anastasia’s services, clients can expect personalised plans tailored to their unique needs and goals. It is essential for clients to provide accurate and up-to-date information about their health, dietary habits, and lifestyle to ensure the effectiveness of the provided guidance. Anastasia understands it can be overwhelming and intimidating to share personal details with a stranger, but in order for you to get the most out of your time with her, it’s vital she learns as much about your situation as she can. In turn, Anastasia vows to advise you to the best of her ability, even if it means going away and doing some research after your appointment, or consulting her mentors for advice - she always strives to be a better practitioner and learn more to benefit you.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality is a cornerstone of Anastasia’s practice, and generally all personal information shared during consultations remains strictly confidential. She does communicate regularly with referring practitioners, however, and where necessary and with your permission, would communicate with other allied health practitioners in support of multidisciplinary care.
Cancellation/DNA Policy
It is essential to review this policy carefully before booking, to understand the terms and conditions regarding fees. Fees apply when appointments are cancelled or rescheduled without sufficient notice, or you do not attend your scheduled appointment (excluding exceptional circumstances). They are implemented to compensate for the time and resources that were allocated for the original appointment. Whilst cancellation fees may seem inconvenient, they help to manage schedules effectively and also deter last-minute cancellations, ensuring a fair balance of commitment from both parties.
You must cancel/reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise 50% of the appointment fee will be billed. Please note that whilst Northside Dietetics cannot legally enforce you to pay the fee, it can refuse to provide ongoing services if you choose not to pay. Please note also, no medicare or private insurance rebates cover cancellation fees.
NOTE: Northside Dietetics reserves the right to modify the terms of service as needed to ensure the best possible experience for its clients and uphold the integrity of its practice.
