The same fees apply across in-person, telehealth and phone appointments.
Other than bulk billed services, ALL accounts must be settled at the time of the consult.
GP Care Plan
You may be referred to see Anastasia through an Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plan to manage a chronic condition.
ALL initial consults under a care plan consist primarily of assessment only and are charged a $20 gap, where you will be charged the full amount (including the gap) and rebated $60.35 by Medicare. Any follow up consults will then consist of education/dietary advice and are BULK BILLED through Medicare.
INITIAL consult - $80.35 total, $20 gap (30 mins)
REVIEW consult - BULK BILLED (20 mins)
Please note: You only receive a maximum of 5 visits per year (10 for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples) on your care plan to use across various allied health services - meaning if you allocate all visits to the dietitian, only a maximum of 5 (or 10) visits can be billed in this way. If you decide you would still like to continue seeing Anastasia after your visits are used up, subsequent consults will be billed under private rates.
Private
You may want to book in to see Anastasia privately if you do not qualify for an EPC plan. If you have private health insurance that covers Dietetic Services or are covered by ReturnToWorkSA or the ADF, you may claim some or all of the fee.
